WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SONG?

Title- The Seven Musicians

The colorful Picasso inspired blue cubism painting in the center is called ‘ The Seven Musicians’. This is a beautiful oil painting that I made in 2018. It shows women playing different instruments in a kind of orchestra setting- the mandolin, guitar, congo, violin, accordion and somewhere hidden a piano. This beautiful contemporary art has been displayed in many exhibits in NY and NJ. I sold this painting to a cubism lover last year.

The theme also resembles the seven deadly sins. One that we are told to steer away however they are inevitable and the music always plays in background. I won’t go too much into the psychology of it, but we as humans are wired to our primal instincts and are naturally inclined to the pleasures of life. It is another what our society and community advices, it may just be counter to who we are!
